NoPFLoan operates exclusively as a financial consultant. We act as an intermediary between the customer and financial institutions (Banks/NBFCs). We do not lend money directly nor do we guarantee the issuance of any loan.
Documents provided by the customer are submitted entirely at the customer's own risk and responsibility. By engaging our services, the customer agrees that NoPFLoan is not liable for any potential loss, misuse, or mishandling of physical or digital documents during the transmission process.
Our responsibility is limited to consulting and forwarding your application to relevant financial institutions. We are not responsible for the verification processes conducted by the banks.
Under no circumstances shall NoPFLoan be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or the inability to secure a loan.
